Boy , How long has it been. 2 years since I posted?? LOL

Well I have been very busy. I moved to Newington, Ct. right before Christmas, and I love it here. It reminds me more of my home town of Monterey California minus the ocean down the street ;>

My cooki buiness has been a priority and I know have my official website

My training has been awesome, my new gyms, yes gyms are great to train in. Bill and I use the Golds gym, and in New Haven, there is the best hardcore bodybuilding gym I've seen in a LONG time!!

I will once again hit the Masters Nats in July, and still looking for sponsors. My look will hopefully be the beest yet with one or two of hard earned muscle gained.

A big Whoop de Do, my son has been back from Iraq since Jan and is stationed in Colorado. So glad to have hm state side. He came to visit me for two weeks and it was great to just hang out with him. He will be thew big 21 this yr, now I can party with him LOL.

How about this another post in just a few days!!! Well I will try to post more often.

Just a few things. I'm off to getting my training back on track! It has been a bad year for me for colds and 2 flus!! Yuk!! So my training suffered a little, it always seems that way in winter. But I'm back on track for the Masters once again in July!! I will be looking once again for sponsors to help me out and this year I will add a twist, and send a dozenof my assorted cookies back atcha!! My Magic Morsel biz is slowly taking off, so spread the word, and you can even order right here on my site!

Back to training, my very good friend Sharee' Scadron and I have been and will be getting together at least once a weekto do back together. I need her to help kick my butt in a higher gear to try to put a little more back thickness(I'm only asking for a little!!!) to give the judges a different look. They see me yr in and yr out and I think they are "Hyper" critical of me because of this and think they expect to see adifferent look from me every yr! Yikes! what else can I do but perservere every time!! Just call me "Percy" from now on. Another postive influence of course is Bill, and he will actually be competing with me! He has competed forever himself, but has n ot been on stage since 1994. Here's a pic of what he looks like, but he will bigger and better come July 21st. You go BOY!!! I Love Ya!!

Also this Fri, Bill and I will hook up with our friend Kathy Connors-Kolosky to go watch a Knicks game.Bill has these kick butt seats he gets for one game every yr, from this business man he knows. They are right behind the sports writers on the floor(Jack you will appreciate this!) So on to NYC for the weekend!!

Well off to fulfill another cookie order!!! Order some, they are a great meal replacement and fun to eat too!!

Hi eveybody, Boy has it been a long time, and believe it or not this has to be short, I have so much to do!!

Well I've been good, struggling with the flu this yr, but still as muscular as I always am. Enclosed is a pic from the Arnolds with my pro friends, Tazzi Colomb,Joanna Thomas and Lynn Suave. I was there this last weekend, watching all my girls!! It was a very good show. then Sunday I was a my booth. marketing my protein cookies, You all have to order some, direct from my site!! They are the bomb for a great meal replacement.

I'll try to get here more often, as now the season is starting and YES once again looking to get that Pro card at the Masters in July. My husband is also competing so our motto is "The BRENTS are BRINGIN' IT to the Masters Nats on July 21st!!!"

Here is also a pic from Basketball All Star weekend I went to in Vegas, yeah Baby!!!

I know. I've been invisible. Well quite not!! LOl. Look how I looked at the Masters!!. I came in 2nd again, and plan to do the North American. Why not I'm still in good shape.

My son was here for a week, had a great time, took him to see the Giants play the Nationals in Washington, then to NYC, then we went to Atlantic City. Now he is in Colorado, and I just found out he will be deployed Oct 16th to Iraq, so please pray for us!! My baby boy!!!

I've really been working on my cookies, and hope to get my store up soon!! They are a great midday snack with 15 grams of protein in each 3oz cookie. and taste FANTASTIC I must say!! ;> Inquire by e-mailing me, please!!

Well a short entry I'lll try to post more. But I will be gone to the Wset coast Aug 16th to Sept5th,

I may see Lora Ottenad at a BBing show out there. She will be doing the N.A. also!!!  Gotta love us gals hanging in there!!(who should be pro LOL)
